Yeah I understand but I wouldn't do that, especially if you just want poppy I've been trying to see if she'll move for a couple of days anyway, she's cute and all but I've already got another squirrel! Well you have to time travel to when Tia's house is in boxes which means everything inside her house is gone and all you see is her and a bunch of boxes. Then we add each other and you open your town gate, I to talk to Tia and ask her to move into my town! That's about it.
