Personally, my favorite peppy is Gabi (as she was my first Peppy villager). If your town has a certain theme, go with whatever peppy matches the best. Try checking out each peppy villager you have in mind in dream towns, that helps!

i'm visiting a town with felicity right now ^_^ really liking her actually haha. i'm also desperately to find someone with carmen..to no avail, yet LOL.
as for a theme, i especially love villagers with the 'natural' colorings like teddy, punchy, deirdre and fauna have. most of the rabbits fit pretty well with that luckily haha.

Going to echo the love for the peppy personality. They're just so utterly adorable. Right now I have both Sprinkle and Bonbon, but I've always loved Ruby and Carmen's designs.

I current have Peanut in my town, who is super cute and adorable! Some other peppy villages I love are Cookie, Chrissy, Nibbles, Puddles, Tangy and Wendy.

Wendy was in my original 5 for ACNL, and I had Nibbles and Puddles in my ACWW. Peppy villagers are one of my favourite types!
