I'm currently plot resetting Paula, and she just plotted right next to the place I set up for her. She's literally right next to it, perfectly aligned. But she just can't be there. I'm fine if she plots slightly off from the place I set out, but please, Paula, stop trolling me. She's probably going to do this, then plot where I want someone else to go. I'm fine if she goes where I planned for Sheldon to go, since they're close, but she'll probably end up plotting only where I want Kitty or Graham to go.

Anyone else been trolled by a villager plotting right next to where you want them to? Please tell me I'm not the only one XD

You're definitely not the only one. I've felt this pain several times. My villagers are lined up for the most part, and whenever I tried plot resetting for like three or four of them, they would try to plot a space or two away from where I wanted them to be. It was pretty funny, haha.

yeah. When I plot reset whitney she went just a few spaces off where I wanted her to go... In the end I let her stay in Nana's old place because I couldn't be bothered to plot reset anymore

I've actually never plot reset. Ever. There's obviously been times I wish I had though, like when villagers decide to appear over flowers or appear right in the middle of my path in front of a bridge in a spot Isabelle would never let you do for a PWP. :/

I've definitely heard of plot resetting horror stories though. It sounds like all you can do is keep resetting and hope she eventually goes in the spot you want her to be.

3 hours. 21 resets. Many (internal) tears. Paula only wants to plot next to Re-tail, on my path or behind Pippy.
At this point I'll take her where I wanted Caroline, she can live next to Sheldon.

All times but one I've settled for somewhere just OK, but I'm honestly getting to the point where I wish I had let her plot next to the spot. Paula, plz. Just plot in the place I want you to. Does the heart on my sign not appeal to you?

I've never plot set either. But I've placed PWPs in areas that I don't want villagers to plot in.... like right in front of my bridges....

Ugh. All my villagers are have been in town for over two years now so I haven't plot reset in a long while. But I remember the hours of total boredom and the feeling of disappointment when they would plot directly next to where I wanted them to be, like just one tile off.

But I got them all eventually... Stick with it. Once you've done it long enough, you get so good at the Rover conversation you don't have to look at the screen and can watch a movie haha

5 hours and thirty minutes. 44 resets.
There's a huge space where I want you to go, Paula, why can you not just go there? You've came close four times including the one I made this thread about. But all four times you were still so far off. I'm ready to make this into a movie or a TV series, 'My bear won't get into the right place'.
I'm disappointed in this bear, guys. She doesn't even need to destroy trees to get where I want her, which I know is a big plus, since she's a hippie.
I'm going to turn this into a novel, and nobody can stop me. I'll open up my notes and write it down, and cry as the horrid memories come back to me. Don't trust hippie bears, kids. They make you want to rip your hair out.

I'm an amazing ranter look at them ranting skills.

Hallelujah. After 8 hours and 68 resets I finally got her in a decent spot. It's not as close as the first place I mentioned, but it's a few spaces behind, to the right of a pond. It'd be cute to see her fishing. I'm happy for now. Expect me to post on this again next time I get a dreamie, lol.
