Has anyone watched those island tours from chase crossing youtube channel? Who is he? I feel like he came out of nowhere but he’s ranking up his views & subscribers. Don’t judge me but I find his voice so soothing

Every now and then the YouTube algorithm just goes "This one, this is the chosen one" and I think that it what's currently happening to his channel. The videos get recommended to everyone and the viewership just kinda explodes.

I've watched some of his stuff on my mobile phone, it's an alright formula I guess - find someone with a pretty island and film it. Smart, means you don't have to put in the effort of making it yourself. I really can't sit through his videos on my desktop though - listening to his 'soothing voice' through my headphones is unbearable. Too many mouth sounds in my ears. :')

I actually find his voice to be annoying to listen to and whenever I want to look at the islands he's touring I turn down the volume There's also some other similar youtubers that jumped on the AC bandwagon like TagBackTV

Omg I thought it was only me! I watched a tour he did of a horror themed island... he was so annoying and didn't get any of the references the creator had made. Muted it and it was much more enjoyable.
