I hope it's okay to ask here, as I'm a little bit confused right now and probably oversaw something. From which events are the snowflakes coming from which we got right now? I got 30 and didn't see from which event they are.

Snowflakes went out a little while ago for Deck the Halls, Festive Fashion, Holiday at Harvey's, and Letters to Jingle. If you take a look at your Transaction Log you will see that the 30 snowflakes you received came from Deck the Halls.
The spreadsheet does not include snowflakes you may receive through the Advent Calendar. This is to prevent people from figuring out the prizes in advance.

They will be rolling out at least once per day but not at any specific time. Present boxes are all of unlimited quantity so there are no cons if you are not online when they go out. I can confirm that there will be another batch of snowflakes going out today ahead of the first daily Top Gift Givers Leaderboard update at 7pm EST (2hrs and 20 mins from this post).Are snowflakes going to be given out at specific times? I think I just submitted all of my entries right after snowflakes were given out

I used the tracker, because I'm really busy nowadays and also forgetful, so besides the tracker itself, it was also a great reminder that this event is even happening. It was very easy to use and understand. The dates put next to the names of the events were more than enough for me, great addition. The tracker was also very neatly and beautifully made. I'd love that if the staff would provide a tracker for every bigger event (that consists of a lot of competitions) c:

I did use it and i have to say it was very useful as it was very detailed and easy to follow, I dont know if i would use it in every type of event but in events that are as complex as this one where there are many categories and within categories they are different parts i would most definitely recommend it. Following on your point of course if the staff know the precise dates and times of each activity of said event to be able to have it in the cell sheet would also be cool unless the point of said part of an event is not to know what to expect at what time, although i must admit adding time to the sheet might be a bit stressful to the staff members i think.

I didn't use the spreadsheet, but I did reference the image in the first post many times. I think for a bigger event, like the Fair, I would definitely have used the spreadsheet. I just didn't plan on participating in that many events this time, so I was able to keep it filled out in my head. But the list of the events, and the currency earned was super helpful!!!
I would love if it would also give the deadline time... but that's because I am the utmost of procrastinators, haha
I don't know if that might be helpful for others, too; I'm in EST so the time posted matches my time zone, but I'm sure those in other time zones might like to be able to to have a spot to translate the dates/times into their own date/time

Awe I'm dumb. I wish I knew about this sooner cuz I felt too overwhelmed to participate in the entire event and just let it all pass me by. Now it's too late but I'm still excited to see what all those present collectibles turn into.

The tracker was super helpful and easy to navigate! Would love to see something like this for future events. The reason I found this to be so helpful is because it helped me to prioritize what events to focus on first based off of due dates (which is how I get things done in school). Thank you all so much staff for making such a joyful event, love the idea of gift giving because it allowed for me to interact with members that I have never really talked to before. ❤

I would have used the tracker, but I'm mostly on mobile when I visit the site, and it was harder to do on mobile. So, I just kept track in my head. But I did like having it available!
