Smaller Rooms

Does anyone else like Smaller Rooms for your house?

My Basement with the Sloppy Set isn't as big as it can get but I think it's the perfect size and don't plan on changing it. Does anyone else like smaller rooms at all?

I love having smaller rooms. So much that when I restarted my town over two weeks ago, I haven't bothered to upgrade it since the down payment. But it makes me sad that I will have to do that eventually if I want the island. I do have 11mil bells in my bank, but dang, the tours and collecting medals were fun.

I do.
I usually only upgrade the main room fully, because the game forces you. The other rooms only get the second upgrade, it just seems cozier.

I only upgrade my rooms as I need to for whatever I'm making them into, so if they work at the smallest size, it's all good by me.
I tend to prefer the medium size over the smallest rooms though

This is my upstairs room, and I like it this size only. The size makes it look so cozy!

not really, although i shouldn't have build the back room since it takes up two squares for the main room. i guess having a small bathroom would make sense

In all my houses the main rooms are full size (8x8), the left and right rooms are 6x6, the upstairs rooms are 4x4 and I have no backrooms or basements. I like them like this and have no plans to expand them further.

I wish I would have kept my house a lot smaller, more like a cozy cottage. It's a lot cuter and looks less awkward when it's closer to the size of the villagers' homes.

I have some smaller rooms, too. For my mayor, the only smaller room she has is the bathroom, since I don't have anymore things I can put in it anyway. For Lurai, the mermaid bedroom and spa are the small rooms.

Well it depends what is in the room. Some furniture sets look better in a bigger room while others don't.

Nah. I would actually prefer having some rooms bigger than the maximum 8x8 to fit more decorations.
