Small Rant about Dodo Airlines...

Why... in the world... am I not allowed a chance to re-enter the dodo code?

If I make one mistake and fat finger the wrong button (very easy to do on the switch touchscreen, might I add) why do I have to COMPLETELY restart, reconnect to the internet, and go through everything again??

Same for if I'm reopening gates. I accidentally clicked dodo for friends only. Why do I have to go through the entire goddamn dialogue again, and get a new dodo code to invite someone else?

This system needs some rehauling, seriously.

The dodo does talk a lot...
I try not to make mistakes and make sure my internet is stable because of this. It can be hard though especially if you live in an area that loses internet frequently or if you're dyslexic. I can see a dyslexic person having some issues with the code.
I'm not dyslexic, but I have issues sometimes if the code is not right there in front of me when typing it in.

It takes sooo long to just open up the gates for people so I try to go to the other persons island for trades whenever possible

Seriously, this is one of the things I hate so much about the game. As much as I like the Dodo guys, Orville just talks way too much and needs forever to open up the gate. And don't you dare to make an mistake or you have to go through the whole dialogue again, yay... Can't count how many times I have to reopen simply because I picked the wrong option accidentally, as if it's too much to ask to be able to fix your mistake afterwards without redoing the whole process and being forced to get a new Dodo code. They really should drop an update which change this up to make the whole thing easier and quicker.

agreed. the amount of times i’ve presses the wrong button or selected the wrong option is insane - it’s especially a pain when i have 2-3 trades lined up and i’m in a bit of a rush; it’s one thing if i’m just chilling but if i have people waiting for me? it sucks lmao
