I understand. No they are not.
I got these three as lvl 1 pokemon. However I evolved them and leveled them.
The shinies were bred by a good friend of mine, and are certainly not hacked. c: if you have more questions lmk.

I collected tons of shinies a year ago, and they were all bred in a daycare center.
Plus I believe those three have a blue hexagon, meaning they were kalos bred. (so no hacks there
)
