Tyto, I think this is something everyone gets. Or at least NA and Europe. It looks like the regional DLCs are distributed via the ask for a present feature at the post office.

My memory can be pretty spotty, but I remember checking at the catalogue machine and seeing a price. So I'll say that it is reorderable.
