Slow Loading then Double Post

Ohey guys, so is this happening to anyone else? I keep quick-replying to some threads, and I write it all out, and I then press to post.. But it takes forever to load, and it'll say "You've made changes to this editor, if you navigate away, any edits will be lost" .. Even though I pressed post and nothing else.. Saying to stay on the page doesn't let you post, and saying to leave the page ends up in a double post D:

It's really frustrating 'cos I keep needing to edit post after post..

Is this happening to anyone else, or is my Chrome screwing around? D:

Happens to me a lot too, but I clear my history and cookies and it's all good!

Same here, only that it takes 10 minutes to post, I get impatient, and then click submit post until it posts.

I've speculated this before but I'm still not positive.

I think that the slow loading times have to do with when the site mods are getting updated. Modifications, not moderators. lol


and we used to get very bad loading issues when the chat counter was up.

It could also be your ISP! Don't forget to power-cycle your router every now and then.

I sometimes get slow posting. I usually open the thread in a separate window to see if its posted, and it usually is, despite the fact it still says "loading" on the other page. So I simply close the loading page. The post has already been posted so no need for that page to still be active.
