Slingshot problem! (I didn't get it)

I didn't talk to Timmy on campfire night, so I never got the slingshot recipe. Does anybody have any idea on what I should do to get a slingshot recipe??

I feel like you can buy either the slingshot or the slingshot recipe from them in the tent. Once you have the slingshot, you should have the recipe for it.

Yeah I kept wondering how people were shooting presents down already on day 1, so I googled it and was supposed to talk to Timmy. When I talk to him now he doesn't offer it up.

i bought mine from resident service ask timmy “whats for sale” and where the diy cards are there should be one for the slingshot recipe

Oh i did not know you can get it this way! I bought the DIY recipe from timmy on the day after so try to look if it is on sale.
