I know Skyrim has bee out for some months now but I recently just got it and im loving it! who here at TBT has it? Wanna share any cool stories you had while playing it? Or any tips you would like to share?

As for me I saw a giant and dragon duke it out near a mountian. I just watched the battle while cowering behind a rock ;p the giant ended up winning it only lost about 10% of its health! but after the dragons death I was right there to absorb its soul. : D

Also I found this weird/funny glitch thing with a whiterun guard...I recorded it and I'm going to post it to my youtube when I get the chance!

TIP: (this is just a little side mission I found that you may not have)
Inside the "FROZEN HEARTH" in Winterhold? (The town thats right next to the mage college) theres a NPC named Sam that challenges you to a drinking contest for a staff and its a pretty interesting mission I must say.

I keep hearing about this game, but I'm still now sure if I want my life to be sucked away by countless hours of the game. I'm being serious. I've heard it's very addicting and time-consuming. Is it at all worth it?

I thought the same as you at first but then my curiosity got the best of my now im hooked. It is very worth it I've never played a game like skyrim before and im in love with it.

I have it and I do love it, I've yet to finish it and for whatever reason I'm not playing it lately. Other games came along and caught my interest more so than this.
I was running an Illusion/Sneak character, throwing out Fury spells to get people to fight their own friends letting me clean up what's left. Pretty fun, only Illusion was a pain to level.
Thinking about starting again for a Brute force character.

I love this game. I can always just pick it up and have a fun time. I'm always making new characters, but I usually end up making a Dark Elf who's half destruction mage, half one handed weapons.

You will get hooked only if you let it get you hooked. The game is amazing yes. But set out to play it for an hour or two a day. Me, I lose interest in games really easy. So this game is perfect for me. I play for an hour a day or so, and put it down. But the next day, I'm just as pumped to play it as the day before.

I have it and love it. My first run through was my typical RPG class, a sneaky thief/assassin type character. Ended up not really enjoying the thieves guild and turned over to the Dark Brotherhood. Loved it.
There were a few random things I've managed to run into during different playthroughs. Some of my favorites were two mages dueling out in a field. One was using fire spells and the other was using ice spells. The ice mage won and walked off.

Then there was a farmer close to Whiterun leading a cow that he had painted or tattooed to offer to some giants hoping they wouldn't attack his farm. It's also pretty cool to run into two dragons fighting each other, I've only ever had it happen once.

were the dragons fighting or was Aludin just summoning a dragon?

I like this game very much and I recently started playing this game, really very interesting game. As it is the action role playing game, which creates the lot of interest while playing. The dragon slaying is really very awsome.
