I can't really auction Skye for any longer otherwise she'd be voided.

No.. it's actually written in her signature (upper right of the image). I wouldn't have accepted it if that were the case, it would have gone the 10 minutes thing and then to you if no one had posted.

Edit: I don't want you to misunderstand it that way... I didn't know giving away villagers was this daunting ..
