It's been a while since I've done a comic strip. Not sure if I'll finish this, but we'll see.
I wanted to share the before and after of the egg collectible I created, because I think these kinds of things are a little neat.

I think you really nailed the style of the lucky cat art work purrfectly
. Looks so good and cute in your style! 
So happy we get another cat collectible and one made by you .I was going to wait to share until I finished, but I figure while I’m posting here to share my progress now
.I have two egg ideas that I want to do for fun. Here is one (didn’t start other one):
Based this off of Last Cloudia’s artwork of Joker
It probably won’t look good resized, but I’m still going to try when I’m done. If not, instead, make the left side a closeup of Arsene’s face (maybe make a duplicate file and edit the one so I don’t lose this). I also drew Joker’s mask to put on the bottom of the egg or maybe in the middle. Coloring and shading of the wings isn’t done nor the flames. Might need to adjust the colors more. Also will probably have to make the hat smaller or crop the hat.
Will o wisp egg and @S.J. & @Muna ’s flame eggs gave me idea to try something with flames.
Initially, I had idea for a more simple egg (that is the other I’ll do sometime for fun). But seeing the flame eggs gave me an idea to try something more ambitious.

I drew some baby frogs and practiced four-fingered hands. The left frog is Melvin from Cat Kid Comic Club (Dog Man spinoff), and the right ones are Poliwhirl from Pokémon drawn in Pilkey's art style. I haven't read all of CKCC yet, but maybe I will over Spring break!

okay nvm i revisted the drawing and made thinner lines. i think i like it better!
though there is still something that bothers me greatly and i STILL dont know what….. i think its the coloring? i dunno. i tried without colors and grayscale colors and they look fine to me, but the colored version is bothering me for some reason. hmm i will think about it
anyway i really like the uncolored version. idk

Here's a new sketch of Obsidian. I've yet to flesh out his personality, but I like to imagine him as a bit overprotective of his friend, hence why I see him as a frenemy of @/ZeldaCrossing64's OC lol. (Don't worry, with enough time their rivalry will wane, and so will Obsidian's protectiveness.) The modification to his tail and the addition of whiskers are a subtle reference to Petey from Dog Man.
(BTW... I don't know what his sis should look like yet. I'll have to work on that.)
