He's not very great. I got him from a friend who nicknames all of her Pokes.
Nicknamed FroggFragg, Modest, Swift Swim, moves are Rain Dance, Hydro Pump, Earth Power, and Sludge Wave. He's level 100.

I also have a 5IV Tympole, Modest nature, Swift Swim, level 1, moves are Bubble, Growl, and Earth Power.
