Why doesn't an admin just bulk-email it. You are going through a lot of trouble by doing this, for members and yourself.

No, in admin cp there's a bulk email option that sends to every single member who has their email accessable at TBT.

Someone might go to the site and not the forums though...

Then specially email them >_<. It's a good way to get members who don't go to the site to go to it. You're literally giving yourself more work. An admin can copy and paste something into the bulk email option in ACP and then send...it's that easy and then you can send to the members that go to the site. The way a member gets the email is if they are registered to TBT (forums), someone wouldn't just go to the site and not go to the forums.
