Simple things Nintendo could add in New Horizons that would make life 10x more easier?

A lot of these have already been said I’m sure, but
- select quantity when buying /crafting, plus a “buy/craft maximum” button would make my life a lot easier
- get rid of the color lock on regular store items, I hate it so much
- make golden tools unbreakable. I don’t understand the point otherwise.
- add the ability to store flowers, diys
-tweak spawn rate for seasonal diy balloons, at least until you have them all. or make them separate from the others, although that could get annoying fast with the constant whoosh.
- let me keep sound effects on but turn the music down/off pleaseee, this could be done via “music” app in the NookPhone.
- don’t let Isabelle consider turnips garbage!

Anything that can be customized should only require one kit. If something takes 7 kits to repaint, 5 is not "bulk."

After I craft a diy, please give the option of customizing the thing I just crafted. Options should be, keep crafting, customize, done. Annoying to have to close everything down and reopen it.

Golden tools should not break. Or let us customize or repair. Or introduce a new line of platinum unbreakable tools.

Being able to choose as many items as we want from Ables without having to enter and exit the dressing room seven times a day.

The dodo dialogue needs to be streamlined. It shouldn't take 2 min to get a dodo code.

And yes, sound controls! Separate sliders for fx and music.

Everything that has something to do with the Nintendo Network. A lot of communication errors lately... Just let more people fly in or out at the same time instead of waiting minutes before 1 person arrived and then realise another 2 or 3 have to come... Or let people fly in while everybody can keep playing and that the player just walks out of the airport... And all conversations with Orville take so long...

- What do you want to do?
- Must people come from a close or faraway island?
- Are you sure?
- How do you want to connect?
- Who may use the dodo code?
- Are you sure?

Or the same with traveling to another island with a dodo code...
Just add the option "use dodo code" in the first menu. Why should I say that I want to travel, that I want to go to a far away island blablabla.
Filling in a code should be enough to see if it's far away or not. And if even that's too hard just make 2 options. "use close dodo code " and "use faraway dodo code". But Nintendo has been a hell forever with online. It already started with the Wii.

I'd like for the host to be able to trigger a save while having visitors just like on NL. Someone spent more than an hour on my island yesterday drawing on my bulletin board. Just as she finished, one of us accidentally disconnected and poof just like that an hour's work was gone. Not to mention that while she was drawing Molly gave me her photo, which also went poof. So. Sad.

I'd like to add something to bulk crafting. Instead of just crafting multiples of one item, why not also craft different stuff while you're still in the crafting menu? That way, all the things you need can be done in one fell swoop and not have to pull up the menu again.

The amount of times I see threads like this pop up is really sad. I think we've already said everything that should be fixed each time one of these is created. Like every time I come back I see another topic of QoL updates and the such.

That is far more telling of how out of touch they are with this series than anything we can and have already suggested. I agree with so much of what everyone has said here and have always suggested.

It’s probably already been mentioned, but being able to add clothes to a “cart” so you didn’t have to keep going in and out of the fitting room to buy all 8 variants of a frickin giant bow or sweaters or something. Especially when there’s multiple categories of clothes you wanna buy and they don’t coincide (e.g. pants and dresses)!

I wish they would change it so that animals don’t display fish/bugs/gifts from other animals in their houses, and that animals don’t wear clothes gifted from other animals.
In the older games before New Leaf, I used to love running errands for the animals and catching bugs and fish for them.
Fuchsia replaced her boom box with a fish and her house is silent now.
The other day I delivered an item from Lucky to Static and it was a baby onesie with a bib. Static now walks around in this. I complained to Isabelle and it reset to his default clothes, but then the onesie was back that evening.
I’m gonna have to say no to all requests now and it’s sad and boring. A fun way to pass the time in the game has been ruined.
Doubt that they’re gonna change it, but I wish they would.

Crafting in batches and, for the love of God, can Mable remove my wand outfit without having to take out the wand and do the whole thing? If that dodo at the airport can remove the construction helmet, why can't Mable do the same with a wand outfit?

- Nook and Isabelle can use their phones to send us DIYs... Why cant we do that? Why do we have to collect these stupid cards, that we cant put into storage, to trade with others?

Could animals talk less about my second and third character. I don't care that Sutaga likes drawing, Marshal. I made her. I miss ACNL gossip sooooo much.

Bulk diy storage and a place to store them. Please. I want to do a giveaway but I haven't found the time yet (need to free up space outside the airport). They keep piling up everyday and my second character's floors are getting overcluttered. The basement is just diys everywhere. A storage would make it easier to put together a list of what I even have extra of.

That you don’t have to shovel every single damn flower you want to get rid of or place in another space! I’m glad that you can’t kill your flowers by running in them like in new leaf, but it’s such a hassle picking them up! The first time I played ACNH, I kept on picking up the buds instead of the flowers xD
