Signitures For Club LOL...

So, Dr. Shrunk gave me the petition thing this morning and said I had to collect 6 signatures or whatever. Thing is, I only want 5 of my villagers to sign it (since I'm trying to move others out by ignoring them). Can you go to other towns and get signatures that way? Or to they have to be from your home town?

Yep, they have to be from your own town.

And I'm pretty sure that they move out faster if you are friends with them, because the villagers that I ignore never want to move. XD

Ignoring your villager isn't good, because if they do insist on moving and you give the okay they can decide to stay because they feel like they didn't get to know you well enough. So talking to them once wont really do anything, as long as you don't do any tasks for them you should be okay.
