Lotte makes those kinds of signatures But currently, I think she isn't in business?? D: that's why I need to update my signature real bad right now.

I made mine I think Photoshop would be the best tool to use. I got my background from Lotte's Tumblr.

If you don't have photoshop, GIMP is your best friend. If you know what you're doing your sig shouldn't take that long to make.
