Signatures for my duck!

Bill requires some signatures for his latest project, and who can resist that adorable duckface?



I need to visit someone's town (with at least 6 villagers currently awake!) and pick up the signatures for him. For the trouble, I can offer you two baskets of Perfect Apples and of course a positive Wifi Rating! I would prefer to proceed with this right away - Bill will go to bed in just a few hours in my timezone, so I am running low on time. Could someone help me out? Would be highly appreciated!
