Signature Help !!

So Basically I just need someone who can take one of the balloons in my signature
And Flip it Horizontaly (so that it is facing >>> this way)

It needs to keep its transparent background please

Since this isnt really a big job Im only willing to pay up to 50tbt

Id do it myself but my computer isnt in working condition at the moment
