Here's mine, it's not too fancy:

The river separates my more developed area (right, that lower fence is for a house, the higher one is the dump) and my more residential area (Judy is sitting just to the right of her big, fancy schmancy yard) The beach on the right (not pictured, obviously) in my recreational beach with balls and lounge chairs and a barbeque area, while the left one you see is a tiny DIY area (I have them scattered around my island) that eventually leads to my pier/pier area (with stalls and fish bait and stuff)
