I was thinking lately that Kyle's house looks really ugly. But I think he's a really cute villager and some of my friends said that I should get rid of him. I was considering putting Marina/Zucker/Molly in my town, but.. well, what should I do?

Do you mean the exterior of the house, or the interior? If you mean interior, you can always swap items out for new ones by mailing them to him or waiting for him to request that you give him something.
If you mean exterior... There's not a lot you can do about it. D;
There are lots of factors for deciding if you should keep him, especially since you want other villagers. Do you have another smug villager in your town? If you don't, I would consider keeping him and letting someone else move out. Unless you're not a huge fan of the smug personality, of course. It all comes down to balance and preference in the end.

Hm, well, I DO have Marshal in my town. If I get Zucker I'd have two lazies but I don't really care about the balance since I have three snooties and two normals. It doesn't really matter but I guess I would like someone else other than Kyle in my town. His exterior is sort of an eyesore D; thanks for your input! It really helped alot. :3 I guess I'll just wait for him to ping ^^

I saw the "smoothies" auto-correct. Cursed be those silly phones.
One time, I was typing "the human respiratory system" and auto-correct changed it to "the thee potatoes system." I have no idea so don't ask.
If you do sell him, even if his house interior isn't original, some people are willing to pay a fair amount of Bells for him, so don't forget to post a thread for him if you want to make a little income out of his moving. : D
