I'd choose whichever console had more games that I enjoy. Also, the Wii U utilizes the gamepad and remotes instead of a more classic controller like the PS4, so that's something to consider. Plus many other differences. If I were you I would just research the Wii U some more and see what games it has available/which games are coming out soon for it, and go from there. It's not really a decision someone else can make for you, it's whichever you think you would prefer more. c:
I'm a huge fan of the WiiU, and right now, it has a fantastic lineup (with more coming out this year). However, as others have said, you have to make sure that the WiiU is going to be worth it for you personally.
Are you likely going to want a PS4 again once it actually has a good library of games? If so, I don't see much point since you're going to be spending more money in the long run.
Though your income is going to be in question here as well since I can't exactly say "save up for a Wii U" if you're a child who relies on small amounts of pocket money. If it's only going to take a few paychecks though I would definitely say wait and save up.
In your situation I would just save up for the Wii U even if it takes me a while because though nothing interests me right now, I know I'm still going to want to own a PS4 at some point.
Difficult question, like Tao said, the PS4 will improve the coming years when it built up a decent library of games. It kinda depends on your personal taste though. For me its no real question, I got Nintendogamer branded in my DNA it seems, but I would recommend checking release lists to see what line ups attract you the most and to especially take into consideration that the PS4 is basically yet a baby compared to the babbling, stumbling, quirky toddler that is the Wii U. Lets face it, baby`s are boring like hell, but they don`t stay baby`s forever!
