Should I restart my town?

It depends on how attached you are to the town. If I were you, I would make the best of my town with good placement of PWP.

If I were you, I'd try working around the flaws for a bit. Change what you can that you don't like. If you're still unhappy with the results, then I'd consider resetting - after all, you can't change your town map unless you reset. I've been there, and I'm happy with the town I have now since the layout is nicer than my last one.

Well, I was going to say that, personally, if it even becomes a thought in my head, it's a losing battle, and I always end up resetting. If I don't, I just spend the whole time pointing out the dumbest reasons as to why I should reset. So. That.

But! You seem to have made up your mind and congrats on doing so! I hope your new town becomes everything you want it to be.
And Freckles isn't so bad. I actually was hoping that I'd get her, in mine, but I got Bluebear, who I'm just as happy with.
