I've been thinking about this for some time now. I'm not that thrilled with my map layout. It was probably the first layout I picked too as I was so eager to get into the game and start playing. My town was created the day after Christmas last year, so it's still fairly new. I have all the upgrades on main street except for Katrina's shop and I have my train station upgraded as well. If I do end up resetting, I'll need to sell like 90% of my hybrids, bells, and items as I don't plan on keeping them. I might end up auctioning them as I haven't really payed attention to my hybrid shop in the marketplace for a few days. I just don't know if I should reset... I've had this thought for awhile now and have dealt with it for a few months.
Here's my current map:
Here are the pros and cons I've made so far as well:

Here are the pros and cons I've made so far as well:
Pros
- I can have a better layout
- My town would feel more like a town the second time around than it is now? (it's like a dump rn as items are scattered everywhere)
- I can keep on resetting until I have found a perfect layout
- I'm 3 villagers away from getting Flurry again
- I have half of my dreamies, most are in higher tiers :c
- I would need to have someone transfer a few million of bells, hybrids, furniture, etc
- I would also need someone to hold a villager or two (still don't know if I should go through with this if I do reset)
- Would have to start over/slowly get town upgrades, etc
