Hey guys I restarted my town today and placed my house... but now I feel like it could have been better, I am unsure if my town looks good or not so I am looking for some opinions from others.

I feel like it would be better if my house was placed on the small piece of land under the house above mine... but idk... I kinda regret it now but I also had a idea that under my house I could place a bench and generally make it a nice area.
What do you guys think would you reset this town or keep it if it was yours?

I'm not too fond of the river layout but it really depends on what you like tbh! I do like the placement of town hall, retail, & the plaza. However, if you're already not crazy about it this early on, then I'd try resetting. You have to make sure you'll be happy with it so if you're not feeling this layout, try getting another. Good luck! :)

Are you going to make that villager move that's right up against your house? That's the biggest issue I see. Not a lot of space and not convenient to anything.

Put a bridge behind your house and make it the garden spot of your town.
Heres my philosophy;
If you get to the point where you are under stress from this, DO IT!

I agree that your house would have looked better in the plot of land above yours, with the river eitherside and a bench overlooking the river. Plus the villager's house right against yours means it will be difficult to personalise it with flowers etc. If your not too far in and don't have to much to lose then resetting would be a good option. The fact you posted on here shows you are having doubts yourself. There are plenty of people willing to help by holding items for you so you don't lose personal items

I don't really like the river layout, and everything's cramped into one corner. If you did choose to restart, I'd say look for one with a shorter river and maybe the town hall, Re-tail, and plaza in more spaced out areas.

I think if you're already doubting it, you should reset. it's early enough where you won't lose much progress :>

@SilkSpectre One of the reasons I haven't reset the town is because I don't want Lucky to leave lol so no I won't make him move.
@Mayor Zoe FC:216574219848 Yeah that is actually a good idea I like it thanks!
@tolisamarie as I said... I like the river

I like the garden idea, I just don't want to lose Lucky tbh lol
