Roald is supposed to move out today, but I TT'd back because I'm still not sure if I should keep him or not.

I'm aiming to get as many blue villagers as I can. There is actually more room now, since Vesta left.

The problem is, I want villagers to move out, whenever possible. That way I can get Julian back quicker.

What do you say, should I keep Roald?

I think seeing as you let him get all the way to the moving date before doubting then let him go. If he pinged you and you straightaway wasn't sure then I probably would have said to try to keep him to get your all blue town.

Is it essential for you to have a blue penguin? Or is it just that he's already there so it gets you one step closer to your goal?

Keep him. In a few days another villager will want out, and I'm sure it'll be someone you don't care for.

Don't rush it. It'll happen!

I sacrificed a few solid villagers to cycle through 16 to get Tangy back.. i miss them.

It seems that you possibly still care for him as you had tt'd back. If you're having doubts, maybe its not time to let him go just yet. It's better to keep a villager you love, then get rid of them only to be unhappy because you cycled them out for another. You can always move out another villager in town, it just takes time but it's worth it in the end! That way you'll have Julian and Roald in the end. While still following your blue theme! Good luck :)
