Should I let Freckles leave my town?

So Today Freckles the Peppy Duck wants to leave my village.
I'm personally conflicted should I let her go in hopes of emptying my village for another Villager I really like or should I keep her as i find her incredibly cute?

I think you should keep her as she's a great peppy and she's super cute!

She is uncommon - keep her! It's always nice to have different villagers.

What villagers would you like to replace her with? She does seem relatively cute to me, but I think there are much cuter villagers you could get instead (with that I don't neccessarily mean tier 1 villagers).
