Should I keep this stump?

So, a tree was in my way for my path. Chopped it down. Randomly got a pattern. Should I keep it and make the path go around it or just dig it up? I only have 1 other stump in town with a pattern.

yeah i was using a regular axe. guess i can make the path go around it.

You can always dig it up later if you find it inconvenient

You should use your axe to make a pattern golden+golden+silver=pattern

You only need a silver to get a pattern every time. That pattern is a common one. I'd try for a rarer one in a place you actually want a stump.

I also agree. I had a stump like this in my path for a while, though it was a 2 title path so I didn't really have to work around it. I did eventually dig it up because I just didn't really like the placement of it.

That is true, but since the silver axe eventually breaks, it's best to chop the tree twice with a golden axe, and then with the silver axe--since that is the final chop, it still makes a pattern, and your silver axe is saved some wear and tear.

Yea, i used to do that but I do not have those axes anymore lol this was just a random pattern

I don't have a silver axe either in my second town, and I keep the rare stumps I get for the sole reason of getting mushrooms~
You can get rid of it later if you decide to/if you get another special stump in a more convenient place.
Do remove at least one of those flower around it though, or the mushroom won't spawn!

I'd keep it, just make sure you have space for the mushrooms! Maybe later on if you get another pattern in a better place, you can destroy this stump and make your path go the way you wanted. I highly value the stumps myself though

I guess I take the silver axe for granted, as I've had it spawn 3 times on various islands, and have over 60 of them.
