I have already restarted my first town and it tore my apart for about a month (maybe longer),I have achieved perfect town (idk why) I have worked quite hard for ages on this town but I kind of winged it at the same time, I would like a theme or plan where to put everything before I start. (and I also placed my house IN THE WORST PLACE POSSIBLE) I'd be taking all my items with me by leaving them with a friend but I don't want to delete it (but I really do). If you're unhappy with the town, then restart it. It's as simple as that. I used to say that I would restart my town if I ever unlocked enough PwPs. Now, I don't see that happening simply because I've restarted a lot and I've grown tired of it. I want one town that I like filled with villagers that I love. But, again, if you're unhappy and think you'd feel better if you restarted, then go for it.
No matter what anyone on here tries to tell you, the decision is yours.
