It's still nintendos property when it's in a store. So I believe nintendo has to decide?

No it's not up to the game company, it's up to retailers. They're gonna to price it reasonably and then sale sale sale. And it's not Nintendo's property in the store.

They'll announce a bundle once we're closer to release more than likely.

I know. Mario Kart 8 is great! And I quite enjoyed Mario and Donkey Kong.
I'm also wanting it incase a new AC comes out. X3

You should be able to redownload it with the NNID. From what I know if its not on the system, log into your NNID and it should be able to redownload it from the Eshop. I'm not sure, but if that doesn't work calling Nintendo Customer Service should? It worked for my friend as far as I remember.

nintendo has pretty good tech support. it takes awhile but it's worth it.
i recently got a wiiu and i'm happy i did. there are plenty of good games for it out right now, and even more that are getting ready to be released within the next year.

As long as you have proof, like your NNID, the code, etc. You should be good. :>
