I Know The shiny blue pikmin is hacked, but i was in some guys town the other day & he had a treasure huny going on, i dug up a shinyblue pikmin then burried it again becasue it is hacked.
i went home & went to nooks & went in my catalouge to see if i could order it, i can for 2 bells..... if i order it is it still hacked?

Yes, it will, the only way to aquire it is to hack right? So it would still be considered hacked even if you ordered it.
