They are still available. I'm not 100% sure how to look up IVs because i've been out of it for quite a while but the IV guy in the pokemon center says;

Grovyle; outstanding potential overall, greatest potential in attack stat, defence stat good too, sp def just as good, simply can't be beat.

Greninja; outstanding potential overall, greatest potential in HP, defense stat good too, sp atk stat equally good, sp. Def just as good, and speed is good too, simply can't be beat

Fletchinder; above average overall, greatest potential in hp, sp atk is equally good, simply can't be beat, but bad defence stats
