Haha. It's quiet. So raises sp attack and lowers speed. Since my game is in French it's hard to tell exactly what the IV guy says. From what I understood he either has 1iv, or just one really good one but not perfect. He's lvl 100 and Japanese. I'm thinking 250?

If you were hoping that they'd both pertain to the buy one get one half of, neither do. It's only shinies that are 2iv and under. Individually, I'd like 250 for glaceon and 250 for Jirachi.

Well I go by what other shops go by. Plus, a looooot of hard work was put into getting a lot of these shinies. Most were obtained by me from the radar chaining in my previous save file, and some others I had to breed a LOT of battle ready pokemon to trade for just one shiny. And most other shops are selling 5/6ivs for 300-350.
And most events are extremely hard to come by anymore. Especially since people can't hack them with generators anymore. And all my pokemon are all kalos born (with a few exceptions)
As for 2ivs and under it kind of depends on the pokemon itself. Any gen 6 pokemon would be a bit higher as well as any starters. But any gen 5 and below would be a bit lower. For instance the honedge without ivs I'd probably do 150. But the Kingdra with 1iv I'd take 100. (This is without the Half off). So in total I'd do 200 for this two pokemon.

Because Jirachi is at 250.

425 would be my lowest. Jirachi really is one if the hardest events to come by, probably right behind Shaymin.
And glaceon has very good ivs!
