Yeah. Some pokemon are just... Harder to obtain. I've seen a LOT of people have trouble getting meloetta and victini. And like male litleo, he's hard to find (12.5% chance) and I have a shiny male with 5ivs. So for him I'd probably expect more than most pokemon I have. It just depends on the pokemon. And that's not a problem! Go ahead and PM me!
