Oh, well they're not actually cloned. uvu They're obtained by people and uploaded to a server, where you can then download them. ... I'm new to pokemon so I'm still kinda confused with IVs, generations, etc.
My friend told me I should get an Arceus, and he also said he wants a Meloetta so I'm wanting a Arceus for myself and a Meloetta for him c:

I honestly don't even know what's the difference between shiny and normal pokemon so correct me if these can't be shiny xD or can all pokemon be shiny...?
