Buying Shaymin!

I'm looking to buy a Shaymin with tbt. I'd prefer it to be below level 40 if possible so that I can use it in game.

I would very much prefer a nick-nameable one, however if I really can't find one I'll probably settle on a non-nickname-able one.

I've seen them go for between 100-200 tbt in the past, but if it's changed since then please let me know. I'm open to negotiations so name your price, but I'll be happy to accept something in that range c:
