I love love love all of the new fruity and flowery items in the game. Roses look amazing (thank you Nintendo for allowing us to get more flowers solo), I got a recipe for a fruit wreath and it looks soooo good. I also have a yellow surprise tulip and the figure inside looks like Princess Peach.

This is such a cute post it made me smile. I also adore Princess Peach that’s so awesome!

i've had nan and chevre both at the top of my villager want list since i started nh, still looking for nan but i have chevre and when i first went in her house and saw the picture of nan above her bed................heart melted instantly, i love these little goat girlfriends

i have a stupid headcanon between deirdre and sterling... I feel like they’re “bro friends” but she secretly admires and has a crush on him and she’ll never tell HAHA

that's not stupid at all!!

my deirdre...she started out really tough, but after bones hung out with her and had me give her a silk dress (while in the same room...bones has 1 brain cell) she's started wearing lots of dresses that i didn't even give her, they just appeared, it's like she's become more comfortable with dressing like that because of accepting friends and i, for one! relate!

The flowers look so much better than the previous games, I used to not like the pansies that much, but it looks better now in my opinion. I also like the new flowers added in the game as well.

❀ My local flower are roses. When I started my island I wasn't aware that flowers can be native to your island. I'm not particularly fond of roses, so I was upset about this. But now I'm at peace with it, especially because blue roses are probably my favourite hybrid! I think all the flowers look really good in this game and I love how they blow about in the wind! I'm trying to get some gold roses now to add to my statue garden area!

♫ I always struggled with ratings in New Leaf. I didn't reach perfect town status until about 5 years into playing the game! But I'm glad to say I've been steadily getting the ratings needed for the island in a timely manner. My town has been 5 stars for a while and it's nice to see the jacobs ladders popping up everywhere! My town tune is the salmon run theme from Splatoon2 and I never get bored of hearing my villagers sing it!

♡ I have no dreamies, but I've fallen in love with most of my original group and I intend to keep them for a long time! Currently I have Scoot, Ursula (starters), Jambette (first mystery tour villager), Tabby and Erik (random move ins during tutorial), Quillson (camper), Freya, Bianca, Hamphrey (mystery tour) and Dizzy (amiibo). Even my least liked villager, Quillson, puts a smile on my face with all the ridiculous outfits he wears for me haha.

I'm having a lot of fun with this game, especially since I've been playing it with no time travel which is a first for me :' ) I don't feel the need to time travel in this game and I'm happy with the pace!!

When people offer you one of your dreamies COMPLETELY FOR FREE!!!! gosh i'm about to die of happiness- this might be the first AC game where I actually create my dream town??!!!
Overall I love the game. I'm really loving how custom & personalized everything is. There's finally something super unique about my island- the fact I created it! I'm allowed to explore so many different ideas about what my town/island can be- just a major improvement over that aspect of NL in every way.

Thanks to the help of a lot of people on this site my wishlist that was around 800 items is now down to 4. May or may not add stuff in later but I don't think I'll hit over 100 haha.
