Share your house... exteriors!

I hope this one hasn't been asked too many times...

Every time I go to remodel my house, I have a hard time with it. Since even the villagers have more exterior options than we do currently (unless I'm mistaken), I'm always struggling with how to put the ones we have together and make them look good. Here's my latest combination:

I always want that iron door, so I tend to base the rest of the house choices around it in whichever door color goes best with my picks. This is what my house is now, and while it's not the seaside theme I hoped I could style my whole island around (before I picked up the game and realized it would be a stretch to do so with what's available now), I like how the colors go together, so I guess I'll keep it until I get bored of it lol.

What have y'all come up with for your houses?

I actually really like the idea of having a mailbox in a "public" area :0
I never understood the point of moving it. Maybe I get my mail next to resident services from now on...

I did this with my red mailbox but then I realized I hated having to run over to the shopping district just to grab mail.

Yes in front is the most convinient. But I really like decorating the interior of house I added 2nd and 3rd user for such. Since I never log on much with these account I used the mailbox as a postal mailbox effect
