Shampoodle & Club LOL not opening

Okay so I need some help. I don?t remember the requirements for Shampoodle. Do I have to use the QR reader at least once or something? And as for Club LOL; I got the signatures and everything...but it?s not opening? Night after night I check and it?s still not open? Weird.

shampoodle opens after you spent 10,000 n kick's was open for 10 days

and club lol opens randomly, there's not really a set open time it just kinda happens whenever

To get shampoodle open you need to have spent 10 000 bells in Abel sisters and kicks and for club LOL after the signatures it can take from 5-7 days to open. All you can really do for that one is wait
