For some reason in the last few days I am only getting 9 dropped bells out of my trees instead of the normal 15. I haven't made any changes. Any ideas of why this would happen.
Thanks

So I would recommend you to do 10,000 a day so you can get 30,000.

Can a person have too many cedar and hardwood trees and that would affect the coins dropped?

No, once you go over the minimum needed, it will just make it harder to search every tree each day for wasps, furniture, and bells.

Fruit trees won't have anything (other than sticks), even if the fruit is gone. Make sure not to count them in your tree count, and if you can, mark them with a pattern so you don't search them.

My daily count is anywhere from 5 trees dropping the coins to 10 trees. It's so random. I can't seem to figure out what is going on.

I have a bell tree farm, so each day I can look for the gold glow and use it to get a new bell tree sapling and replace one of the 8 I have, so I’m guaranteed at least 20,000 in profit if I do it right.

At this time of year, a percentage of your cedar trees will be decorated. As best as I can tell, the decorated trees never have furniture, bells, or wasps. So during this time, the amount of trees in your town each day with 100 bells will likely be cut short

just to be sure, all trees you're shaking have open space on the near opposite vertical axis of your shaking location to drop something, right?
