[Services] FREE PwP's/Loans + Cleaning up your Town (weeding, tree removal etc)& MORE

Hello all! ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ This one-stop thread is run by myself, and RosieThePeppyCat~
Services we're offering-



Paying for your PWP's and house loans
Will come to your town and pay off your current pwp, or leave you enough to pay off your current loan.

Holding your stuff for Town Resetting (Slots 1/2 full)
One of us can only do this for one person at a time. Dump all your things on our beaches, ready for your new town~

Weeding
*
Tree and/or stump removing
*

Watering flowers
*

Taming Bamboo
*

Fruit Harvesting
Will pick all your fruit, sell it at Retail and leave the bells for you in one spot to collect.

Planting bell trees
Will plant 2 bell trees of 30k each wherever you like.

Multiple visits for train Station Upgrades
Will come in and out of your station to help you get your upgrade. Between 10-15 visits per request!

Digging up items & ground item cleanup
Will collect all items abandoned on the ground, dig up all gyroids, fossils and pitfalls and either put them in one place for you, or sell them at Retail and give you the money.

Rules:
1. Yes these are completely free Though small donations of tbt or items are lovely, but not at all required.
2. You can request one pwp OR loan at a time, plus a maximum of 2 of everything else at one time. (You can always post again another time for more~)
3. Please add my, or Rosie's fc (depending on who's online) before or immediately after posting! It really helps speed things up.
4. If you know that you have connection problems, I ask you to please save occasionally whilst one of us are there so as not to lose anything!
5. Please avoid posting when neither of us is online/the thread is closed.
6. Add a happy lemon somewhere in your post to show you read the rules.
7. Make a post with the following format:

Ahh, thank you for doing this ;; w ;; Sorry I haven't responded. I'm usually invisible but I was out all day today and just came back. I can still do this if you want to. You can VM/PM me whenever you're ready. 6 v 6 <3

EDIT: I don't think we'll be able to do this today so I just wanted to let you know that I will not be available for the rest of the week until around 7 p.m. or so due to my job. I'll try to come visit soon though!! Thank you.
