So far, NA and EU have always gotten the same monthly DLC as Japan, so it's likely those regions will get it too.

lunar horizon, a saharah exclusive. its non reorderable. i had it but i sold it to someone for 50k?? idk but they're probably worth more than that

anyway i had this on my wishlist and im glad to hear that i won't need to pay for it
