The Pokemon Company International is kicking off a month-long celebration this September of one of the most popular Pok?mon characters from the Pok?mon Black Version and Pok?mon White Version video games: Zoroark. There are various activities and promotions planned over the next few weeks including a Zoroark-themed sweepstakes, a special Zoroark character distribution at participating Toys?R?Us stores nationwide, and a two-day pokemon.com airing of the movie Pok?mon-Zoroark: Master of Illusions.
Until October 3rd you can enter a sweepstakes competition for a chance to win an Zoroark themed Grand Prize package featuring a Nintendo 3DS system, one copy each of the Pok?mon Black Version and Pok?mon White Version video games, the Pok?mon TCG: Zoroark-Illusions Collection box, a box of Pok?mon TCG booster packs from the Pok?mon TCG: Black & White-Emerging Powers expansion, a deluxe Zoroark action figure, the Pok?mon-Zoroark: Master of Illusions DVD, and the Pok?mon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions manga. 25 runners-up will receive a copy of Pok?mon-Zoroark: Master of Illusions on DVD, the Pok?mon TCG: Zoroark-Illusions Collection box, and a Zoroark action figure, so if you live in North America then be sure to visit the site for more information.
Between September 18th and September 25th, participating Toys?R?Us stores nationwide will have a special Zoroark available to download onto your copies of Pok?mon Black Version and Pok?mon White Version. During the distribution period, players can head to Toys?R?Us stores with their Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL, or Nintendo 3DS system and their copy of Pok?mon Black Version or Pok?mon White Version to add the illusive Pok?mon Zoroark to their party. Once obtained through the Mystery Gift option, you?ll discover this Zoroark, is at Level 50 and knows the move Snarl which no Pokemon can naturally learn.
Before obtaining Zoroark from Toy?R?Us, fans can catch a presentation of the full-length movie, Pok?mon-Zoroark: Master of Illusions between September 17th and 18th only at www.pokemon.com. Watch all the action and suspense unfold as Ash and his companions, along with their new Pok?mon friend Zorua, try to uncover the secret behind the immense and powerful forces at work as the three Legendary Pok?mon, Raikou, Entei, and Suicune, rampage through Crown City. After the movie airs on pokemon.com, North American fans can pick up a DVD copy of Pok?mon-Zoroark: Master of Illusions when it arrives at major retailers nationwide September 20th. Pok?mon-Zoroark: Master of Illusions has been available on both blu-ray and DVD in Australia since June 1st 2011.
Finally from today a new Zoroark themed C-Gear skin is available on the Pok?mon Global Link to owners of Pok?mon Black Version and Pok?mon White Version. Simply log in then click on the Promotions button to receive the new design, the password to unlock the Zoroark C-Gear skin is ZoroarkMonth11.
