She has pinged me to move on the 23rd and I have no problem TTing her into boxes. I belive on game it is the 21st. If you need some time to move a villager out, I don't have a problem working something out.
I have no specfic items in mind, so go ahead and offer and I'll let you know if I have the items or not. I'm looking for at least five million bells since she is top tier. I will consider villager offers!
