I don't even know where you can find one. Marker gave it to me, but I would assume it's a very rare item from Nintendo (Probably sent out in Europe or Japan already...), or it could very well be Gulliver.

I don't know, but I'v herd ppl say they are "Lucky Cat Items" and that you get them in the mail... But I'm not for sure.. :gyroidconfused:
