You pick the pokemon (even legendary) and the nickname. I want nothing in return. The only pokemon that I cannot name is Keldeo and Shaymin, but I do have a few of those from my previous years in pokemon. If you request a 5-6 iv&perfect nature pokemon, you may even get lucky and have it be shiny. I just finished my shiny charm from national dex.

Blue flabebe ( wanting one for so long 0o0)

Dedenne
Villion (tundra, marine, polar, or monsoon)

Also, from the forums I read; powersave cannot create egg moves. i will pick my opinions best egg moves and hand breed these egg moves on myself.
