Are my prices to high??

They are very high... for the orderable furniture I would try 3-5 TBT, the orderable clothing 1-2 TBT, the UNorderable furniture 10-20 TBT, and Unorderable clothing 10 TBT. The Wetsuit should be set to 30 TBT since it is more common than other wetsuits.
