Seeking Weeding Day Towns

Any towns that would allow me to come over and talk to Lief to get a prize (preferably also to help weed their town to get more prizes) will be rewarded with 20k for each prize I get from their town.

Do you just need to visit another town? Or do you have to weed in that town? To get a prize i mean

I believe you can get one prize if you just visit the town, and more if you weed there.
